CORNBREAD & CHICKEN ENTRY FORM - 2010

We will have 3 Tummy Pleasing Contests this year

1. WET Eastern Shore Cornbread (also known as cornpone)

Sponsored by Pete Richardson Auction Sales, Inc.

*Any age may participate, youth thru adult.

*an 8" by 8" (or larger) baking pan must be used.

*Must be made and baked by entrant, may be hot, warm or cold.

*Must be at the Registration table inside of the Carriage House by

6:30 pm on Thursday, August 19, 2010

*Will be judged on appearance, texture, and taste.

There will be four (4) winners:

1st $50. 2nd $25. 3rd $15. 4th $10.

2. Old-fashioned pan fried chicken (white meat)

3. Old-fashioned pan fried chicken (dark meat)

*Must be four (4) pieces entered per category.

*Must be prepared and fried by entrant, may be hot or warm.

*Must be at the Registration table inside of the Carriage House by

6:30 pm on Thursday, August 19, 2010.

*Will be judged on presentation and taste.

There will be four (4) winners:

1st $50. 2nd $40. 3rd $25. 4th $10.

These entries will not be sold!

Entries will be accepted at the Carriage house at Winter Place Park on Wednesday,

August 18 from 4pm until 8pm.
