WICOMICO FARM & HOME SHOW

ORNAMENT ENTRY FORM - 2010

Rules:

1. You may enter only one (1) ornament per category.

2. You may enter in each category.  (6)

3. Entry must be made by contestant.

4. May be made of any material. (wood, paper, fabric, etc.)

5. Must have string, wire or other for hanging.

6. May be any shape - not to exceed 5" X 5".

7. Any age may participate - youth, junior or adult.

8. Entries must be received between 4:00 pm & 8:00 pm at the Carriage House

on Wednesday, August 18, 2010.

THEME: Each ornament must present a FARM or HOME theme.

These ornaments will be judged according to category. After being judged,

they will be hung on a tree for exhibition.

PRIZE MONEY will be given in each of the six (6) categories:

1st - $10.

2nd - $8.

3rd - $6.

Entries will be accepted at the Carriage house at Winter Place Park on Wednesday,

August 18 from 4pm until 8pm.
